Arkansas has a rich history with spirits, some dating back as far as the state. Most notably, vineyards such as Wiederkehr Wine Cellars and Post Winery, were established in the late 1800s. The Arkansas River Valley provides our state with many types of wines, primarily muscadine, chardonnay, zinfandel and cabernet sauvignon.

For the beer buffs, you can taste test at any of our local craft and microbreweries. You will encounter a variety of tastes and experiences.

If you're looking for something a little harder, check out one of our Arkansas distilleries. The Arkansas craft spirits scene is quickly evolving, with local distillers concocting everything from award-winning bourbon to vodka and gin. Sample a wide range of varieties and learn how different processes, equipment and ingredients affect flavors.
