Visit the Arkansas National Guard Museum at Camp Robinson

The Arkansas National Guard Museum in Camp Robinson in North Little Rock tells the story of the state’s guard from its progress as a frontier militia to a modern military.

It also showcases the interesting history of Camp Robinson and its predecessor Camp Pike. Camp Robinson is a historic military camp that is home to the Arkansas National Guard and serves as a training area. Historically, it served as a training base for soldiers for World War I and World War II and also housed a large German prisoner of war facility.

The museum is housed in Lloyd England Hall, which was built in the 1930s and is on the National Register of Historic Places. Exhibits inside scale models, historic panels, weapon, uniform, and military equipment displays, and more. Please note that Camp Robinson is an active training area so to get onsite to visit the museum you need a military ID or driver’s license and your vehicle registration and proof of insurance to get a day pass. The museum, which is located at Sixth and Missouri Street, is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
